Project Snapshot
Client: LBSS
Industry: NDIS Support and Home Care Nursing Services
Project Type: New website
Platform: Rocketspark
Outcome Summary:
A clear, accessible website aligned with service delivery
Improved navigation for diverse audiences
A sustainable platform supporting ongoing operations
The Client Context
LBSS operates in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) where clarity and reassurance matter deeply.
People engaging with support services are often navigating complex or stressful situations — whether for themselves, their families, or those they care for. For LBS Support Services the website needed to be a launch platform for their initiatives reflecting their commitment to practical help, dignity, and respectful engagement.
The digital presence had to feel approachable and trustworthy, while clearly explaining what support will be available in the future.
The Challenge
Before this project, LBS Support Services required a website to align with the establishment of their initial services and activities.
The challenge was to create a website that:
Clearly explained what LBS will be providing •Was easy to navigate for people with varying levels of digital confidence
Supported multiple audiences, interested in their services
As with many support-focused organisations, the website also needed to be easy to manage internally and flexible enough to adapt over time.
Our Approach
Our approach centred on simplicity, clarity, and alignment with LBSS’s service ethos.
We focused on:
Structuring content so visitors could quickly understand available support
Using plain, respectful language rather than institutional terminology
Creating clear pathways for contact and next steps
Rather than overwhelming visitors with information, we prioritised clear explanations and logical page flow, ensuring the website supports people at the point they need help.
Platform & Technology
The website was built on the Rocketspark platform, providing LBS Support Services with a secure, reliable, and easy-to-manage solution.
This allows the organisation to update content internally without technical burden — an important consideration for service-based organisations focused on people rather than systems.
Design & User Experience
The design approach prioritises accessibility and calm.
Clear typography, consistent layouts, and intuitive navigation make it easier for visitors to find information without feeling rushed or confused. Visual choices are understated, reinforcing trust and approachability.
The site is fully mobile-responsive, supporting access across devices and situations.
Outcomes
LBS Support Services now has a website that:
Clearly communicates its support services
Provides a welcoming and accessible user experience
Is practical to maintain and update internally
The website supports LBS’s mission by reducing barriers to understanding and engagement.
Final Thoughts
This project was about creating a digital presence that reflects care, clarity, and respect.
By building a website that is accessible, practical, and aligned with how LBS works with people, the organisation now has a digital foundation that to build the business capability on.
